Our Workplace Policy

Our company is committed to maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all employees. To that end, we have established several policies that outline the expectations and guidelines for employee conduct and behaviour.

Our code of conduct sets out the principles that guide our interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners. We expect all employees to behave with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times.

We take the confidentiality of our client’s information very seriously and have strict policies in place to protect the privacy of that information. All employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon starting work with our company.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, racial harassment, and other forms of discrimination. Any employee who engages in such behaviour will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

We encourage a healthy work-life balance and offer a generous time off policy that includes vacation, sick leave, and personal days. Employees are expected to request time off in advance and to follow our attendance and punctuality guidelines.

We also recognize the importance of professional development and offer a range of training and development opportunities for employees. These may include in-house training sessions, conference attendance, and external courses or certifications.
